We were honored to attend the youth dinner organized by the Freetown City Council on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025, where we had the privilege to meet with the Executive Director of C40 Cities. Our representative, Miss Blessing Thomas, was proud to represent Sierra Sport Paladin at this important event.
Last year, we were fortunate to win the Bloomberg Youth Climate Action Fund for our project “Civic Responsibility Towards the Environment in Freetown,” which focused on waste management and tackling plastic pollution in our city. Through this project, we worked hard to reduce waste, raise awareness about plastic pollution, and encourage responsible environmental practices among the youth in Freetown.
We are truly grateful to the Freetown City Council, Bloomberg, and C40 Cities for giving us the opportunity to be a part of this meaningful initiative. Together, we are taking important steps towards a cleaner and greener future for Freetown.
